The Life Cycle Initiative’s free e-learning courses on Life Cycle Thinking could be perfect for you!
With their modular structure, you can take them at your own pace and to suit your own interest area – be it policy, business or academic. They will give you a thorough grounding in the topics of life cycle thinking (LCT), life cycle management (LCM) and life cycle assessment (LCA) – terms becoming increasingly prominent in policy and busines decision-making.
Join us for one of two webinars on the free e-learning courses on Life Cycle Thinking offered by the Life Cycle Initiative:

These webinars will:
- Briefly introduce the concepts of Life Cycle Thinking
- Introduce the different courses and how they can be used
- Showcase a selection of case studies to demonstrate the value of the life cycle approach.
Life Cycle Thinking can help reduce the environmental burdens of products and services, while identifying new business opportunities. The e-learning courses introduce the concepts underpinning Life Cycle Thinking and demonstrate how they can be used in practice. They are available for use by policy makers, business decision makers and academics, including for incorporation into course curricula. The introductory course is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Arabic. In addition to a series of short videos, the courses provide a wealth of resources to deepen your learning, and quizzes to test your understanding. At the end of the course, completion certificates are issued.
