Surviving the Storms - Overcoming the barriers for SME training

Knowing demands and tools does not automatically result in success for an Environmental Management strategy. Various internal and external barriers, sometimes obvious but more often hidden and blur, can get into the way to success. "Helpful Consultation" is a method allowing to gather possible barriers and to find solutions, which is not done alone, but in an open round to encourage various views on possible problems as well as open and collective search for creative solutions. Anticipating barriers in the training makes coping with them in reality a lot easier.
